I had some thoughts I wanted to share about how it’s going with my husband being gone so much, and how I work through the hard. It never gets easier seemingly, but there are things I am doing that I work on to help improve myself and keep myself busy in this season. It’s not necessarily balanced, or perfect, but it’s simply living and finding ways to make that matter the most. Perhaps this is relatable to some of you and it’s always helpful and fascinating for me to hear how others cope with these things.

Take a moment with me to hear about my childhood in a nutshell-my experiences of public school, becoming homeschooled and how that positively impacted me, learning to observe the world around me even beyond the physical into the spiritual and experiencing God’s truth as a child. With abortion being on the forefront right now in political concerns/discussions, I felt that it was time to share a very vulnerable and important part of my story and relationship to this topic. I don’t appreciate people lying about the fact that we are treating babies and women as commodities and objects through abortion and its use as birth control for women who are in loving relationships but have selfish reasons for not becoming mothers. It’s been awhile, so I wanted to show up to share some thoughts and a lesson or two I’ve learned lately. Politics and social media take up way too much time, when if we really stop and think about it, there are many other things more relevant to ours and our loved ones lives that actually, in the end, have a better effect on the world than focusing on those first things I mentioned. This week I felt called to speak on God’s presence in the entire universe, including the zodiac and other parts of human exploration that many Christians deem devilish. There is more I would like to address here in future episodes, but this is a part of a series that I think of as opening one’s heart to true Christ-ianity in the fullest sense, stepping outside of modern day materialism and church deception.
