Michelle is a member of the law firm, Chiesa Shahinian and Giantomasi in West Orange NJ where she leads the cyber security practice. Within corporate law, she primarily practices in construction, franchising and renewable energy – representing a varied client base that ranges from Fortune 500 companies to closely-held businesses.

Tara left her successful career and found she missed the support and encouragment that she recieved in her corporate job. She didn't want to go back to a job with little flexibility, so she found a new way to connect with other women who shared her desire for options in their career.

An accomplished public speaker, Tara brings her B.I.G. message to women throughout the country. Today, B.I.G. has over 1,100 members in more than 50 local communities across six states. As Tara says, the journey continues.
