This episode is dedicated to Joe Mac: Thank you for your patience.
After a loooong wait, christmas holidays, being snowed in for 10 days, school being cancelled, and all the other things that happen in life I have finally got myself back in gear. I think this episode has taken me so long to record and publish because its a topic that is extremely close to my heart and my current journey. Forgiveness. There is so much to learn and so much work to be done and I have such a long way to go.

Festive Seasons Greetings to all! It is probably the strangest christmas period that most of us have experienced in our lifetimes, and also the calmest and simplest. Many of us have had to keep separate, yet do not fret dear listeners - everyone and everything is connected! Love and Light to all this winter. xxx

Dear Listener, please be aware that in this episode of Witches´ Kitchen we discuss stillbirth. This may be upsetting for anyone who has experienced perinatal death or is currently going through something similar. In this interview, Lauren Petrie shares her personal story and how it has transformed her life.
In the UK, around 14 babies die either before, during or shortly after birth every day.

In this episode we are taking a glance at the dark side, attempting to understand that "dark" does not equal "bad", that in fact, their is no right or wrong when it comes to the self and our emotions. Take a loving jump with me into this mysterious realm, with the guidance of Alex De Angelis, London-based practitioner. More info at https://www.reikiandrocks.co.uk. In this first official episode of Witches' Kitchen we are speaking into "The Witch" as a modern day concept. I have the delight of being accompanied in this conversation by Cheli Blasco; Mother of 5, Doula, Women's Circle Facilitator, Grief Support Peer Counsellor and Self-awakening Witch. I reference the books Witches, Sluts, Feminists by Kristen Sollée, more info here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neySFVrugtk, https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/33313780-witches-sluts-feminists and Witches, Midwives and Nurses by Barbara Ehrenreich and Deirdre English: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/24453.Witches_Midwives_and_Nurses. I am still on my humble journey of discovery in this podcast universe and being my first online interview, the sound quality was not as rockstar as I had hoped. I couldn't bring myself to bin the conversation because the content is just too precious. Next time it's better, I promise. Now, get busy in the Kitchen! Massive love to all!
Welcome to the Kitchen! In this introductory episode I reveal myself and my intentions - stepping off the edge of the precipice, diving in head first, and making mistakes along the way. I want you all to come with me!
