Much to Niki's chagrin, we witches continue with Motherland Fort Salem! This episode had some more interesting details but we still hate the editing choices it seems (see Niki's rant right before our deep dive on storm magic). Also, be warned, we have a minor issue with static in the background that shows up randomly throughout... In this slightly shorter episode, we wonder why so many plot points are introduced as if they're major then treated as if they aren't, reminisce about the hearing tests we've had in our lives, and take a moment to appreciate our high school curriculum (now that we've been out in the world, we think they did a pretty good job!). Before diving back into Motherland Fort Salem we thought we would take a deeper look at the Salem Witch Trials. We also found this as our opportunity to welcome our first guest! We go into this with our wonderful guest host Jeremy of the Babysitters Book Club podcast. Though we mostly cover The Crucible and the historical event of the Salem Witch Trials, this is definitely a more playful episode. Featuring vocab lessons, Scooby Doo, the WWE, and a ton of laughter. After finishing another TV season, we like to take a little break and do a movie. Join us as we revisit a childhood favorite: Twitches! This Disney classic may not be as mystical as we remembered, but it does have lot of fun moments we delighted in. Tia and Tamera Mowry are always great and the nostalgia is there. Season Finale!! Unfortunately we were still having some sound problems, so Jade may still kinda sound like she's chilling in a metal box. Thankfully we have now fixed this problem, so next episode should be back to usual quality. We can also start posting more often again, as we won't have to spend as much time trying to edit with the sound error. Witches of East End was so much fun and we're so glad we got to do all of season 1 . Thank you everyone for coming with us on the ride. We return to quite possibly our favorite episode of Witches of East End yet! Sorry if the volume is a little wonky in places, we had some issues with the microphones, but did our very best to clean it up.
