Ahh, what a beautiful time of year it is - The Spring Equinox / Ostara. And at this time of year, we are reminded of the hope of the lighter and warmer days to come. The sun is making its way back towards us and this celebration marks the point where night and day are with us in equal measures.

But what does this mean for us?

I believe nature ALWAYS shows us the way. So we may, ourselves, feel a need for balance. We may be equally releasing the old, whilst calling-in the new. 

Now is the perfect time to make space in our lives and energetically,  by clearing out what is no longer aligned, and also start to plant and grow those seedlings of new beginnings!

Equally being and doing. How beautiful!

As a woman, and maybe even moreso as a spiritual woman, have you ever felt conditioned by society to play it small?

Have you felt that men have an unfair advantage that ripples through every area of life? From work, to belief systems, to home life.

This is an important conversation about coming together as genders, not widening the gap further. It's beautiful to be a 'strong woman', but that doesn't mean having to 'go it alone'. We can lean on one another, and when we do, that's when the true magick happens.

When we support one another, our minds open to endless possibilities and our Souls take the lead with connecting with our purpose, and living the life we truly WANT. 

When the feminine and the masculine energy come together (whether romatically, family, friendship etc), it's POWERFUL!

Welcome back to another episode of Witchy Woo. This is a bonus episode, in celebration on Mabon (Autumn Equinox).

Mabon is a beautiful time for reflection. To celebrate yourself and your achievements, and also mourn anything you may have lost. 

We tend to be great at the ‘doing’ part of being human, but not so much with the ‘being’! The being requires us to slow down which:

a) isn’t encouraged in this fast-paced society; and

b) can feel a little scary or unnatural (especially if you’re unsure how to do it as no one has ever shown you).

But when you can get in touch with every part of YOU, it doesn’t only bring happiness and healing, it also helps with the ‘doing’! Just like the expression goes - sometimes you have to slow down to speed up.

Join me for this short Guided Meditation where we will do exactly that - slow down, reflect, feel into our gratitude and welcome any opportunities coming our way. Enjoy!
