The number of things that I’ve learned since becoming a parent are endless. Parenting is not easy but boy is it worthwhile. Here’s my reflection on some of the things that I’ve learned in my six years as a mommy bear.

Welcome to my first podcast episode! This episode reveals a little bit about me and who I am as a person. In doing so, I attempt to share some of my techniques to living intentionally in my purpose despite the negative noise around me.

This podcast will cover topics ranging from but not limited to personal discovery, motherhood, parenting techniques and relationships. My goal in starting this podcast is to refine my voice and let my voice be heard.
