A skilled mechanical engineer, she has worked across diverse industries in product development and mechanical design. Her skillset led her to consult for major automotive companies on 3D printing applications and assembly test fixturing. Beyond engineering, Anne is actively involved with Flaming Lotus Girls, a women-focused collective known for creating large-scale, immersive metal art installations. Her passion for both precision engineering and artistic expression showcases creativity and technology working hand in hand.

Alex is a vehicle test systems mechanic at the Harley-Davidson Proving Grounds, where she combines her passion for motorcycles with hands-on technical expertise. Desiree "Dezz" Ouellette is a field technician specializing in diesel and liquid propane generators. Before transitioning to this role, she worked as a diesel mechanic for a major trucking company, gaining hands-on experience with every aspect of semi-trucks and trailers. Unlike many in the industry, Dezz didn’t grow up around mechanics, but her fascination with Hot Wheels as a child sparked a dream of working on real vehicles. That passion led her to enroll in a large engine diesel class in high school, where she quickly discovered her calling. Determined to turn her interest into a career, she pursued a two-year diesel program at the University of Northwestern Ohio, setting the foundation for her success in the field.

Reagan is both a mechanical engineer and a racer. As a senior engineer in the defense sector, she specializes in kit integrations, design leadership, testing and development, as well as finite element analysis (FEA). On the track, she competes in IMCA Sport Mods. Reagan’s racing journey began at age 10 with go-karts, where she discovered her passion for both the sport and its mechanical intricacies. As she grew older, she transitioned to stock car racing—building her own cars, fine-tuning suspension setups, and managing her equipment. In 2015, she made history by becoming the first woman in her state to clinch the Super Late Model championship. Most recently, she has shifted her focus to dirt track racing.

Katie, a licensed aircraft mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant certifications, has built an impressive career built by ambition and passion. She began her journey in high school, taking Auto Body classes that sparked her interest in aviation. She continued her education in Aviation Maintenance Technology during college, where she completed two internships, including one at a paint facility that allowed her to refine her painting skills. Among her accomplishments, Katie successfully refinished a Cessna 175 and completed an aviation program at Penn College, which led her to securing a position at her first-choice company. Through a genuine passion for her craft and meaningful connections with her colleagues, Katie has quickly advanced in her field. She now serves as a Paint Shop Trainer for Duncan Aviation, continuing to inspire and lead in her industry.
