John Prendergast is a human rights activist, New York Times Best-selling author and Co-Founder of The Sentry alongside George Clooney.

As activism goes, John Prendergast has been wholly committed for most of his life. Human rights has been Johns focus, being part of peace processes in Burundi, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo and helping to broker an end of war between Ethiopia and Eritrea.
