You wouldn't imagine that performing in a famous boyband would be a good grounding for running a farm, but that's exactly what JB Gill has done. Not only did he go from being in multi-million selling JLS to rearing turkeys and pigs in rural Kent, JB is also blazing a trail for young Black Britons by working the land.
