Nicola is the founder of This Mum Loves Tech. A mum of two cheeky boys, she loves tech so you don't have to! She's making it her mission to simplify tech for female entrepreneurs and help you set up affordable, stress-free systems within your business so you have more time to do what you love.
From setting up automated booking and payment systems, getting started with email marketing using MailerLite, to making the most of Canva and its amazing features. She's all about making tech simple and easy to understand. Her goal is to help you reclaim precious time to focus on what you truly love, whether that’s serving your customers, creating amazing products, or spending quality time with your family.
She offers support for every stage of business, from joining her free Facebook community and monthly masterclasses to diving into her low-cost membership or enrolling in her live online course or 1:1 support. She's here to help you achieve growth and balance in your online business without breaking the bank.
Her journey to creating This Mum Loves Tech wasn’t planned, but like many mums, it began with having her first son in 2018. Before becoming a mum, she was set on returning to my career in children’s publishing, where she loved working on beautiful books for babies and children. But after her son arrived, everything shifted. The thought of long train commutes and limited family time made her question what I wanted my life to look like.
And so began her upskilling journey, starting with social media, then website design as different part time jobs required different skills. Then when she had her 2nd son in 2022 and her eldest started school she couldn't see how even a part time role could work and still bring in the income she needed to support the family. So at the end of her second maternity leave in 2023 she agreed to give it 6 months and see what happened. And the rest is history!
18 months later she now have a lovely community of female business owners inside the this mum loves tech Facebook group. She also has a membership of ladies getting weekly tech support, has an online course and offers 1:1 support for more in depth tech tool training.
