Rebecca supports overwhelmed working parents, helping them find presence and connection through mindful parenting and self-awareness. 

Then they can achieve balance and confidently raise resilient emotionally intelligent, grounded children. 

Her journey into intentional parenting and supporting other families stems from her own experiences of overcoming anxiety, people pleasing low self-esteem and the impact of past traumas.

Her parents divorced when Rebecca was 3. Years later she found herself trying to support and actually save her mum in her late 20s during her 2 year fatal illness. All whilst carrying her first child and navigating being a first time parent - having a huge effect on her ability to connect with my own child. She didn't realise this until decades later when the took part in mindfulness workshops.

By understanding these deep rooted patterns she was able to create a more peaceful and secure family life. 

She speaks with many parents who have really struggled to build their own confidence, know who they are authentically and express themselves. She is passionate about changing this so that cycle stops for our kids.

Now she leverages these lived experiences and ongoing learning to help other parents. She spent a few years obtaining international accreditation in coaching and intuition mentoring . She can now provide practical tools and insights so parents can understand their own triggers.
