In this episode, I’m gonna to talk about how to find self-respect and self-love through being alone, and being one with yourself and the higher power. A lot of people say that being alone is a bad thing, and that is more important to have friends, family, romantic relationships. The truth is being alone is not as bad as you think it is. There are benefits to being alone. And in this episode, I’m gonna talk about the benefits of being by yourself to figure things out on your own with the assistance of Jesus Christ, and God, as well as other religions that people practice, sometimes God will pull you from the world and put you in isolation, of hibernation, and a cocoon stage in order for you to heal yourself of all the trauma that is of society, standards, and negative people. A lot of people are so afraid of being alone because they’re so afraid of facing themselves, and having to except truths that they don’t wanna have to face. And as somebody that has been doing this since 2015, being alone, it’s not for everybody. But at the end of the day, only the strongest people can actually be alone with themselves in order to work on themselves, recover, and heal from their past traumas, health and wellness issues, as far as illnesses and diseases, mental health, psychological health, emotional health, and spiritual health. So I want to try to get people to understand the importance of finding you by being away from everybody. The only way you can find yourself is to be alone with you and the higher power to figure out who you are, and what your purpose, journey, and path is supposed to be.
