Anyone God is using mightily has an anointed vessel they are honoring and tapping into. This is because, alongside the saving Grace we receive from Christ, we need functioning grace that comes from association and Impartation to be mighty in the work of God. We see throughout scripture certain signs and wonders can only come from an Impartation. Certain situations demand a higher grace, that can even raise the dead!
