For more than thirty years, The River Cafe has served some of the best Italian food available anywhere in the World - and that includes Italy. At the time of writing, like many restaurants, it is closed because of the coronavirus lockdown, but just before, Matt Barbet sat down with chef and co-founder Ruth Rogers to discuss those things that have made it so special and contributed to its longevity - authenticity, genuine passion and sustainability.
