In 1992 on Claude Street in Seaford, Victoria, Australia, two women were unaware that they were about to be 'baby steps' for the person who would become known as the Frankston Serial Killer. They were his trial run, the middle rung on his escalating ladder of carnage. Within months, Paul Denyer would attack and four women, brutally murdering three.Paul Denyer is seeking parole in 2023, and many don't believe he should ever be released.
