Annie Kuster shares how gender studies and a Quechan professor led to her creation of Nayaraq Stories – a storytelling and feminisms empowerment workshop series that centers marginalized voices in the Peruvian Andes. She holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame in international economics and anthropology, a Master's degree in international development and policy from the University of Chicago, and was a Fulbright scholar in Peru.
This conversation asked the female question, centered margins, and recognized intersectionality and the uniqueness inherent in each lived experience.
