  • Consistency

In this episode, I open up about what’s been happening in my life and why taking a break is not only okay, but necessary when you’re building something on your own. I talk about the balance between rest and staying committed to your goals, and how stepping back can actually help you move forward. “Consistency” is a reminder that you can pause, regroup, and still show up for your brand with purpose and clarity.
