Thursday’s show was co-hosted by Ray Dudley of WKXL’s “New Hampshire Unscripted”. We talked about a number of topics including his “under the radar” participation in the Boston Marathon and the great poet Robert Frost who was born on this date in 1874 and did much of his writing in Derry, NH.

We were also joined by one of the radio “voices” of the New Hampshire FisherCats Chris Jared who talked about some the promotions that will be added this season at Delta Dental Stadium and that WKXL is now the official radio station of the FisherCats with Opening Night set for April 3 at 6:03 PM.

Daniel Siletti is back to guide us through the world of “soundtracks”. Many great (and sometimes not so great) movies and shows have wonderful soundtracks created for them and are very memorable.Think “Mission Impossible” and “Star Wars”.  But many of the best pieces of music aren’t the overtures. Wednesday featured our monthly themed music show with Emily Gagnon this one with a tragic theme, “The 27 Club: The Day The Music Died”. Among the highlighted performers, Selena, John Lennon, Ritchie Valens,Tupac Shakur and more.

Today Veronica is talking about the various changes and life shifts that we as people experience, and how resiliant living helps with staying physically, mentally, and spiritually steady through the changes.

We were joined Tuesday by Neil Levesque, Executive Director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College and longtime N.H. Journalist David Tirrell-Wysocki who worked at WKXL in the 1970’s before joining the Concord Bureau of the Associated Press. Neil and David will be together Wednesday night at the Concord City Auditorium at 7:30 for “Two Sides of the NH Primary” with Neil Levesque and David Tirrell-Wysocki. It’s part of the Walker Lecture Series.
