Bad Axe led at the end of the 1st quarter, but the Cass City Red Hawks would take the lead halfway through the second and never look back. With the 51-39 win, Cass City made it three victories in one week, meanwhile, the Hatchets dropped their third straight loss.

The USA Patriots hung on to their first place position with a 42-41 victory on the road against Bad Axe. USA's Landin Zimmer led all scorers with 20 points, but it came down to the last second to decide the game's winner. A missed bonus free throw situation led to a full-length inbound pass from Bad Axe, but the pass hit the rim and resulted in a turnover.

USA had to wait 40 days to avenge their December loss to Reese. The Rockets led at the end of the first quarter, but USA never trailed beyond the halfway point of the second quarter, en route to a 11-point victory on their home court. Landin Zimmer led all scorers with 22 points and pushed the Patriots to be tied with Reese in the GTW standings.

Lakers led at the end of the first quarter, but USA used the long ball from Landin Zimmer to catapult the Patriots ahead for the remainder of the game. Zimmer led all scorers with 23 points and USA improved to 7-1 overall and just one game back from Reese in the Greater Thumb West.

Kingston came out hot and commanded the game from start to finish. Evan Neff, #0 of Kingston, led all scorers with 27 points and didn't play beyond the halfway mark in the 3rd quarter. The Cardinals improved to 9-0 with their victory over North Huron, gearing up for their big game with the International Academy of Flint on the following Friday.

Reese started fast and never trailed in their battle with Lakers. Despite being outscored in the 3rd quarter by EPBP, Reese still maintained a 20-point victory to take the lead in the Greater Thumb West.

Harbor Beach used hot shooting (30-60 for 50%) and never trailed in their second game in divisional play. The Pirates defeated Brown City 77-56 to improve to 5-1 overall and 2-0 GTE.

Ubly would score with less than a minute to play, but came up empty on the two-point conversion to trail by one point. On the ensuing kickoff, Ubly would recover the onside kick but would be intercepted near the end zone.
