Some of the most popular episodes of this podcast have been where I have been out walking with my dog, Jack.

This time, after a brief introduction, I start out walking with Jack but I have to leave him with the vet for some important tests...

While Jack was at the vet, I had some time to fill.

I knew it would be pointless heading back to the studio, as I wouldn't be able to concentrate on creating videos, so I went for a short walk and then off up to the allotment for some heavy-duty weeding!

I also talked to you - a lot - about what had happened to Jack, what now needs to happen, and how I feel about the whole thing. There are also a few snippets of conversations I had during the day, though these have been edited down to less than a tenth of their original length.
