They have been married for 30 years, and were actively involved in Word of Faith Christian Centre, under the leadership of the late Dr Jimmy Crompton. Together they have raised two beautiful daughters, Mercedes and Jorda-Hannah, who are passionate about mentoring children and helping them grow in their faith.

In 2014, the Marks family took a leap of faith and moved to Tanzania, where they founded River House Church in Dar es Salaam. This transition not only deepened their walk with the Lord, but also allowed them to immerse themselves in the vibrant local culture. Their mission revolves around restoring families, inspired by Malachi 4:6, and nurturing strong connections between parents and children.
