This is Part 2 in my Addiction Series in which I take experiences from my own life and try to work through mistakes I made and what I have learned from everything. Hopefully, this can be helpful to people who are going thru the same trials and tribulations. 

This episode I focus on Contentment. My life, during my addiction, was marked by a total lack on Contentment with the things God has given me. I had a lot to be thankful and grateful for, yet I chose to be always yearning unhealthily for more.

Buckle up my buckaroos!

We're in the midst of the worst opiate epidemic since the Civil War. Sometimes I feel like the real depths of the issues here don't get the attention they deserve. 

I'm going to spend the next several episodes (Lord willing) delving into Addiction- what it is, why it's so widespread, what it means for society, what's causing it, why so many more may die, and how we addicts can finally be free. 

I wish I had spoken out on this sooner. 

Here's the Beginning of my Story with Addiction.

We take a look at some of Bernie Sander's policy proposals, ideologies and quotes. I may take some flak for this but I do believe Bernie Sanders is genuine, a true believer, who trusts that Socialism will solve all the Nation's issues. Contrast that with the myriad parrot sycophants who Campaign in his wake. The Elizabeth Warrens, Eric Swalwells, Kamela Harris etc will say ANYTHING to get noticed. These idiots are the real threat. 

But, true believer tho he may be, Bernie Sander's ideas will destroy America. Socialism is evil ultimately from a Spiritual perspective. It's because Socialists trust totally in Man and trust that Man ALONE can solve all the world's evils. As Christians, we know this is a lie. Man is flawed and broken and can never on his own solve the world's problems. 

Listen carefully to what men like Bernie Sanders are saying because the Best Lies are the most Seductive. They always have an element of Truth. Be wary and wise.

Holy Week is supposed to be a time for reflection on Jesus Christ. We are to focus on His death and Resurrection for our sins. And yet, Holy Week in 2019 was consumed in fire, shrapnel and death. First, Notre Dame Cathedral caught fire and burned thru the night leaving a mere shell of the magnificent building that's stood before. We are told this wasn't arson, before any investigation could even happen. 

Sri Lanka, on Easter, was a place of horror and death. Islamic Terrorists set off bombs at 3 churches and 3 hotels. 300 dead. Simply appalling. What more can I even say? Just as revolting as the Christchurch massacre in New Zealand- which was all Muslin victims. in Sri Lanka, the victims are all Christian. Yet the MSM cannot bring themselves to acknowledge that Christians can possibly be victims- despite being the most persecuted faith in the world. 

The West is rushing into the abyss. 

America is embracing it's own demise: Socialism. 

Douglas Murray was right. The Suicide of the West.

Nietzsche proclaimed, 'God is Dead!'

And that proclamation effectively rang in the 20th Century with all it's man based assumptions and tragedies. By removing God from society, one removes Objective Morality and Objective Truth. The result is Moral Relativism. This is what has produced the atrocities modern history: the Holocaust, the gulags etc...

I would assert that God does exist. And far from being dead, in Christ, God has completely conquered Death. Death has been defeated and it's power defeated forever. Because of Christ, we have nothing to fear from Death. When Christ rose, 3 days later from the grave, He rose, alive and dramatically triumphant. He did this for us and for His own glory. 

As Resurrection Sunday approaches, please join me in focusing on the astonishing power and glory of the Risen Christ, that even the Finality and Power of the grave could not keep Him. He destroyed death and ultimately the power of Sin. This destruction of the Power of Sin being the most valuable. 

We're going into the world of the Theologians and the Philosophers, so buckle up buckaroos!

Henry David Thoreau said, in his classic essay Civil Disobedience, 'That government is best which governs least.'

How far we've come from any kind of gov which resembles that statement. The American Gov today is an incredibly invasive force. It purports to tell us how to live every aspect of our daily lives. It is Judge, Jury and Savior on every issue. It is our State Religion. 

The Separation of Church and State is a joke. The Gov has it's Official Religion: Humanism. And there is no Separation between the State and Humanism. 

When we see the levels of corruption rising so fast in the Government, unchecked. Those most responsible for the lies and corruption, escaping justice and walking into the sunset with their Net worth in the hundreds of millions. 

Our Foreign Invasions don't seem to be slowing either: There's talk of invading Iran, we're still in Iraq, Afghanistan, we may go into Syria, Venezuela....

Those who profit off these Regime Changes are in Washington, they are financed by globalists, by lobbyists, by wealthy billionaires. They have no desire to keep American soldiers home. They lie on the Campaign trail and tell us they will end 'endless wars' and then vote FOR Invasion when we vote them into office. 

When do we reach the point when voting isn't enough? When the tools the Founding Fathers gave us for change aren't effective any longer?

As time goes on, more and more Americans will ask these questions, I think.

How will we answer?

Please, don't ever talk to me about the Patriarchy or my White Privilege. 

After Jussie Smollett and Cardi B BOTH of these fantasies are dead. They are. They've been stripped of all legitimacy. Jussie Smollett gave America the Middle Finger. There's no other way to cut it. He disrespected millions of Trump voters, white people everywhere and shamed the MSM and several Democratic Presidential contenders. He did all this yet got away with it. All his charges were dropped. 

We can only hope the FBI will hold him to task, but I wouldn't count on it. 

Also, Cardi B admitted to drugging and robbing men that she met while stripping. She would lure them to hotel rooms, drug them, and while they lay prone, steal their money and leave. 

And she not only shows no remorse, she has doubled down and defended her actions. 

I shouldn't even have to point out that if a man, or if I, admitted to drugging and robbing women, that would be the end of our life. 

Hypocrisy thy name is American Culture.

Well, who would have thought the Mueller report would ever end. I really didn't think it would. It seemed like it might drag into 2020. Maybe they wanted it too originally but who knows. Either way, this Report, at least according to Barr, seems to totally vindicate Trump as far as Collusion is concerned. Mueller found no Collusion. And Obstruction is murky as best. So where does this leave us? Where? All the money, all the time, the media lies, the outright conspiracy theories, the destroyed lives (Flynn, Corsi, Roger Stone), ....again the total, final nail in the coffin, destruction for the American News Media. Brit Hume called it, 'The worst media debacle in my 50 years in media.'....After Covington and Kavanaugh and Jussie Smollett, the BuzzFeed supposed Bombshell, and now the obvious FACT that all of them were blatantly lying about Russian Collusion. 

Our Journalism is dead. The media is dead.

You should trust Putin over Schiff or Swalwell or Pelosi or Nadler.

How sick and morally abominable are the MSM that they would use this massacre as a bludgeon? How low have we as a society fallen that we allow them to do this? Everytime there's a shooting we get these insatiable, wicked, cynical mosquitoes at CNN etc who suck all the honor and genuineness out of mourning by exploiting it, shoving their cameras in mourning survivor's faces to ask salacious, manipulated, scripted crap questions. These people are deranged, seared, jaded monsters and should be the first who are packed into a leaking tin boat and shoved out into the Pacific Ocean- with one half-empty canteen among the lot of them. 

Also, many Christians today are afraid to acknowledge and defend the entirety of the Bible. If we call ourselves Christians and believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God then we must believe all of it and know that it's morals and commands are absolute.

Come on, now. So Tucker Carlson is next in the long line of Conformity Victims. That's what this new 'outrage' is. And if you've spent any time listening to Tucker Carlson's show then you shouldn't be at all surprised. I watch Tucker Carlson almost nightly. I value his approach to national issues. There's certainly things I disagree with him on but I respect his desire to promote conservative values, free speech, holding politicians accountable, promoting open discussion etc...The Left is Totalitarian. This is undeniable now. Globalism is their god. Abortion their unholy communion. Look to Europe, to France, right now Marine Le Pen, the dissident party leader who ran against the globalist Macron, is being attacked for sharing images on social media that showed the public the true horrors of Islamic terrorism. Political enemies are trying to force her into Psychological Indoctrination. Essentially, that's what they are trying to do to her. Look to the UK, there you see the Establishment gov trying to desperately to silence Tommy Robinson simply because he holds the Wrong Views. What about Roger Stone? He's not allowed to speak out about his own case. He can't write about it, he can't talk about it, he is only allowed to shut up and go to prison- if they have their way. 

This isn't the America we were supposed to be. Not by a long shot. And we have to get involved NOW and do whatever we can to legally and peacefully change it.
