Wole Olosunde was born and raised in Brooklyn to Nigerian immigrant parents. He graduated high school at the young age of 16 and obtained his bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Buffalo. He now practices as an emergency department and trauma nurse. In addition to medicine, Wole has a deep passion for design and fashion. Given his devotion to both fields, it led him to create his fashion brand called Against Medical Advice (AMA)- again early in his career at the ripe age of 21.
