One of the giants of the tabletop role-playing industry, Wolfgang Baur, joins me today at The Corner of Story and Game. Wolfgang has an extensive list of products he has worked on for many companies - starting out at TSR in 1991.

He has served as editor on both Dungeon Magazine and Dragon Magazine, was involved in Planescape and Al-Qadim, and created numerous other products while at TSR. Outside of Dungeons and Dragons, he has contributed to such big-name properties as Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Legend of the Five Rings, and Pathfinder. These days he is busy running Kobold Press, publishing quality products on a regular basis.

We talk about everything from the challenge of naming things, to editing at the magazines, to running Kobold Press, and so much more. (*Note, this interview took place early in December, prior to the passing of the incredible Kim Mohan - who comes up in one of Wolfgang's anecdotes.)
