Since 2006, workers in a small town in the Upper Peninsula have manufactured the Final Four floor that's played on every year to wrap up college basketball's Big Dance. The NCAA commissioned Connor Sports in Crystal Falls to create the floor panels and ship them out months in advance of the actual tournament.
