This episode is for you if you find yourself constantly stuck in jobs that make you feel trapped, constricted, and/or physically unwell. On paper Saoirse Fitzgerald's life looked 'perfect': she was a successful accountant, with a good salary and an excellent academic record. But in actuality, she felt dread every time she got a promotion, was stressed all the time, and struggled regularly with skin conditions. After being admitted to hospital with burnout and an autoimmune condition, she knew she had to make a change. She now has a masters in Psychology and uses a mixture of psychiatry and somatic healing to help other people find freedom in their bodies and their lives.
