- When I was asked to do FB live by my mentor GeneciaAlluora, I did not know what to expect and what I need to do but I trust the process just like what I did for podcast recording. I had to do an interview recording with her before that. 
- I was pretty nervous just before the live show and my mentor had an hour conversation to warm me up to prepare me for the interview and show. Before that I asked her if I need to prepare any questions, she told me no need as it would be done during the interview and Facebook live. 
- I was still nervous as I would be on social media with international audience.I was a private person before this when I was in corporate, I would only post and only I can see my post. However, I do check out Facebook post should I like to research for tuition centres, food and shopping. 
- I did not imagine I would be doing FB live as I do not even do postings prior to this. All just happened in such a short 3 months period from doing my podcast, FB postings and FB live. 
- Though I was speaker and trainer in corporate, this is total new to me as speaking to camera online and pretending someone is talking to me.

 - I have a friend whom I know more than 10 years. I have shared with him about the books , blogs that I read on financial management and knowledge. He would tell me that he has no money to save as he was working freelance and not full-time job for many years. 
- Last year, he found a full-time job and after his 2nd child was 2 years old. He shared with me that he wanted to learn from me save and invest in property. I shared with him about managing expenses. I did share with him if he really needs to stay in condo since they were so comfortable in their 4 room HDB. He felt is too small for 4 of them. Few months later, he shared with me he is upgrading to a condo and spending almost 6 figure on renovation. He was not aware of some of the cash that he had to fork out upfront and he had to borrow money to pay the 5% cash. Shortly, he quit his job as he was unhappy with the changes in the company and so he is jobless during the move of house and global crisis where increasing unemployment is happening. 
- He shared that he has not much savings and even commented that at least I
Financial reserves and property backup. However, he forgot this is through my discipline in managing money and planning. I did not spend when I cannot afford and not stretching myself unnecessarily and have additional stress of over-commit.

- Training & Development, employees would be privileged to be sent for training and also talents would get to be stretched with assignments and mentoring 
- Employees who think why their bosses send them for training and they really dislike attending or they just want to clock in the training hours
- Learning goes beyond the company hours such as after office hours. Reading books, listening to audio, attending courses or even doing something to apply what you have learned. 
- My journey as entrepreneur is ongoing learning and new space altogether. Mindset started to shift no longer you have a company to send you for training. It is self-motivated, you have to learn and be disciplined on your own.
- In corporate, you still get paid though you may not be attending additional training or even upgrade and learn new skills. However, you may face the danger of being obsolete and get retrenched or not getting good pay increment and bonus. 
- Entrepreneur – You are your own boss, you decide your own success. Hence, you will go all way out to learn and make it happen. 
- When I attended training, they would be people who told me can share information so they need not have to attend and save the money. What I learned is that if you don’t pay you will take it for granted and it would be just another course for you. Just like I attended a quantum leap program 13 years ago which I paid 6 times more than what I was earning and finished the payment through credit card installment over 2 years.

- When I quit my corporate with good pay and position to take a career break while spending time looking after my late mum who passed away in Nov 2019, I was going into unknown. Not sure if I will get a job of my choice soon with my age and high pay. I was not sure if I would venture into another area. I took the leap of faith and quit despite all uncertainties. 
- Many well intended meaning friends would worry for me and supported me with recommendations of jobs and headhunters. However, I was not ready to start work so soon and needed to spend the time to reflect before charging again for another 20 or more years. 
- As I had built my financial reserves over the years, that gave me some buffer to stay comfortable for awhile while searching for my new direction. 
- I chanced upon Soul Rich Woman and attended the blueprint workshop, started my podcast show. I started mentorship program with GeneciaAlluora and my journey in the last 3 months was accelerated in many ways. I completed 56 episodes on Women Leadership and embarking on 2nd season of another 55 episodes. 
- I have launched 2 ebooks , 21 ways of being headhunted and Money Blueprint for Women Leaders. I had done 8 FB live and tried recording my testimonial for my mentor in Global Virtual stage using new software. 
- All this is possible only with my mentors, my podcast coach and community who is supportive and want you to succeed.

In my earlier episode I shared about my depression when I was in JC, I went to the school because of my good friend from Secondary school. However, she started to hang out with our new friend and I felt neglected. 

My results from straight As in the beginning of the year became moderate pass at the end of year 1. I did not want to stay another year so I continue year 2 but I struggled badly in catching up. I did not do well in JC results and could not go to local university. 

Without guidance, I continued to take part time diploma and later on part time degree course. I continued to struggle in 10 years of my early career until I had a breakthrough in my mindset to accelerate my income and career. 

I managed to catch up faster than my peers who had degree or masters degree and have my financial independence.
