On this episode of Woman On Her Path I got to sit with a dear friend and author, Thane Lawrie to talk about his path of Zen Buddhism (Soto Zen) and his new book called The Buddhist CEO.

Thane is a wise and lovely soul who I met in his Motherland of Scotland, where we have been participating in a shamanic course to help us connect deeper with ourselves by reestablishing our connection to nature. Though I feel a deep kinship with everyone in our clan, Thane and his beautiful wife, Andrea hold a special place in my heart. I am so excited for you to listen to this episode!

We all have things that we believe in or want to see more of in the world....but what do you stand for? How do you stand for it? What we stand for say a lot about who we are. Standing for something helps us stay on our path. We can go out and march on the streets or we can simply be a living example of what we stand for. It is certainly a question worth pondering....so, what do you stand for?
