Reelika Schulte is a certified international business coach and the founder of Design Dream Lifestyle, where she teaches women how to use their life experiences to launch their own business.

Growing up in Estonia after the fall of the Soviet Union, Reelika developed an entrepreneurial mindset after watching her parents operate their own small business. After working for her parents and eventually getting her degree and landing what she thought was her dream job in finance, Reelika found herself feeling unfulfilled. At the time, she was a single mom spending countless hours away from her son with very little work-life balance.

When she finally took the leap to start out on her own, Reelika was making just $800 per month. However, with patience, persistence, and passion, Reelika was able to successfully build her company and live a life rooted in purpose. Today, she helps other women do the same.
