Lets end this on a good note! Abuse is never an easy topic and one that can not be truly discussed in just 3 episodes but I want to close out with how I've handled abuse in my life and things Ive learned along the way. Physical abuse is a growing problem and doesn't just happen in our house or between our spouses. Physical abuse is everywhere. And even exerted by the officers we employee to protect and serve us.
Lets Talk About It!

Mental Abuse is such a huge part of daily life and most of the time it stems from our own hand and we are too afraid to admit out truths! So today we not only have our FIRST MALE GUEST but also my courageous friend sharing his truth! Opening up to us about the struggles he is currently facing and the mental fight he is currently putting up.

We are all fighting our own demons and being open about them does not make you any less of who you are. #ShareYourTruth!

With so much going on in the world these conversations need to happen! Our voices need to be heard and a CHANGE NEEDS TO BE MADE. People all over the world are suffering just because of the color of their skin. And I fail to understand why. So my question to everyone is who fears, hates, or rejects the possibilities a person may hold due to the color of their skin. What do you get out of it? What is the benefit of you hating someone just because of the color of their skin. 

Why does a race of people that you stole and tore from their homes just to torture for centuries deserve this treatment? We say we have advanced, BUT should it not be us that hates you for what you have done to us!? Yet here we are fighting for EQUALITY when we could be fighting for our RIGHTFUL PLACE! We the real KINGS AND QUEENS. Born of a nation that seen the beauty in the world and themselves. The owners of real power. 💚
