Today on Woman Redeemed, I am very excited to take some time and have a girl chat style episode. 

Jesus has been talking to me about some very specific things in my personal Bible studies and I felt led to share some of these things on the podcast today.

The line between pursuing excellence and demanding perfection, learning the proper way to approach areas of lack in our lives, and what I believe are some of the most important principles we can learn from the Proverbs 31 woman. Today on Woman Redeemed it gives me great joy to finally introduce y'all to my sweet husband, Josiah Frankford! This episode is incredibly special to me because it sums up my husband perfectly. Josiah is one of the greatest examples of sacrificial love I have ever known.

What does it mean to love someone sacrificially? That is the question we ask and answer in today's conversation.

Today on  Woman Redeemed, it gives me great pleasure to introduce one of the most influential women of my life, the wise and wonderful, Sister Barbara Huston! 

It is hard, almost impossible at times to understand why bad things happen to us. Especially when we can look back on a life lived in service to our King. What is the purpose of pain? Why is sorrow allowed to touch the lives of God's children? With wisdom borne of experience and a life lived fully and completely for Jesus, Sister Huston teaches us to better understand the heart of God in today's conversation. 

Today's topic is a heavy one and digs down into the question all Christians have asked or been asked at some point. " How could a good God allow THAT to happen to me." 

His thoughts are higher than our thoughts, His ways are higher than our ways, and the very things that we think are meant to harm us, and may even feel like they are slowly killing us can be used as the tools to bring us closer to Him and reshape our hearts and our character to be more and more like Him. We must only be willing to submit to the process and be transformed.

Happy Valentine's Day!! 

Today on Woman Redeemed we are celebrating all things love and marriage with our PA UPCI Ladies President and district superintendent's wife, the one and only Sister Debbie Cluster! 

Today's conversation was a joy to record and I know it is going to be a blessing and a source of joy and encouragement to all who listen. We talk about what it means to be a godly wife, the things we should pray for our husbands, practical advice for loving our husbands well and so much more! 

In a world where over fifty percent of marriages end in divorce, it's important to make sure that we are prioritizing our marriages, and that above all, Jesus is at the center of our hearts, our relationships, and our homes. Jesus gave us marriage as a gift. We need to remember to treat it like the blessing it is!

Today on Woman Redeemed, I have the absolute privilege of sitting down and having with Bradley and Katy Wevodau. 

Last week on Woman Redeemed, Katy shared her story of depression and anxiety with us. This week, Bradley is sharing what it was like to walk through that season of depression with Katy. Bradley shares what the Lord has taught him about loving, protecting, and spiritually supporting Katy "through sickness and health", how he came to peace with the fact that medication was going to be a part of Katy's story, and so much more. 

As Ecclesiastes says, " to everything there is a season." This is the testimony of a good God who used a painful and confusing situation to heal not just Katy, but Bradley too. A God who brought them out on the other side with a better understanding of who He is, and how to love each other.
