In celebration of a national holiday, MY BIRTHDAY MONTH, I am sharing a few words of advice with my younger self. As we get older and have moments of reflection, we begin to think "shoulda. coulda. woulda." and sometimes build resentment. But if we begin to acknowledge what caused current emotions and and accept "that it is what it is", the sooner we will begin to heal.

Texas Governor, after signing the bill to make abortion legal, mentions "a woman has up to 6 weeks". Ladies we all know our menstrual can be altered by two weeks if there is a change in diet, stressed out or simply around another female.
