Firefighters in Washington state rescued a California woman who fell headfirst into a "vault toilet" while trying to retrieve her phone at Olympic National Forest. The woman, who was in her 40s, was using a toilet at the top of Mt. Walker when she dropped her cellphone down into the vault. Rescuers washed the human waste off her and gave her the appropriate care. The good news, she found her phone because that was how she managed to call 911, take a listen.
