In this episode, I urge you to take off your mask and take a long stare at the woman in the mirror with ruthless honestly. Is she someone you are proud of? (Not in an arrogant or conceited way) Can you say for sure that you are contributing effectively to the development of this fallen culture or are you content with blending into whatever is prescribed for you? 

To make a change, the first step would be to address issues only you can see.
