Today, I'm chatting with Woman Who Solopreneur Award Winner, Ann Girling, the Unlikely Guru, proud Ambassador for Arbonne, Podcast Host and Author.
Ann, who is almost 75 has no intention to retire has some big goals ahead to celebrate what would have been her Mum's 100th Birthday.
She left a long career in the NHS after burnout and was drawn into the health and wellness space.
Ann and I are both advocates of Ikigai and living your purpose. Ann also shares how she was featured in the media from an Instagram post shared by her PT and subsequently featured in a women's publication which was shared again by Metro online... she went viral.
Ann also shares how she visualised and manifested her Woman Who Award win, how she put her 'all' into her entry and interview, and the affirmations she used.
"Ann’s mission to make the world a better place, one woman at a time, stood out to the judges. The Unlikely Guru empowers women to become better, healthier and more vibrant versions of themselves. At 74 Ann has no intention of retiring, she has big business goals to achieve the Top level in her Arbonne business within the next 5 years. And in her own words, ‘to continue to live her life with purpose and joy being the best version of herself."
