I've had SO many breakthroughs in the last few weeks, one of which has been really owning my "fuck it, let's just see how it goes" mentality that has led me to some of the most beautiful moments I've ever experienced in my life.  I've been able to identify the  simplest most actionable things that I did over the last several months and even years leading up that I can without a doubt say caused HUGE ripple effects and shifts in my life and I'll be sharing all of those things over the next 4 weeks in a mini-podcast series called "Let's just see what happens".

We have the ability to choose what we believe, think, do and feel.. We make our own rules for our life, and yet we still find ourselves thinking thoughts and doing things that don't make us FEEL good. I'm still not sure WHY that is, but in this episode I talk about how I am putting myself back in control of my own rules, which will allow me to do more of what makes me feel good, which will ultimately help me fall back into alignment with my path.
