Season 2!!!! Episode 1 with Instagram Handle @stefaniemyr, Stef is a female rock climber in Tacoma, Washington working in a small climbing gym. We talk about how she fell in love with climbing and loves making a comfortable space for all but especially women. We chat about current events with corona virus, the fear, depression and boredom.  An amazing guest had such a fun time speaking with her and sharing our climbing stories, can't wait to hit the climbing gym again.

Episode 24 with Instagram handle @travelingtrimathlete,  Jasmine Moezzi tells us how she faced triathlons despite being chronically ill.  She also tells us a bit about how she is using natural methods to cleanse and heal her body. We speak a bit about current situation of the Covid 19 and how it effects the chronic illness. Wonderful guest and a great episode.

Such wonderful insight to the movability in women hips and different positions that allow the baby to move through with more ease.  We chat about the impact of COVID19 on the birthing community and how it has changed birthing plans. We talk about the importance of connection and community.  We chat about the women movement and what we think men can do to meet us in this movement. Episode 17 with instagram handle @julia.ravey.science a lady of science of the brain.  Julia tells us of her journey and eventually study of dementia and its effects on the brain. She talks about a wonderful teacher who encouraged her to enter the world of science as a profession and the importance of females in different fields. Katherine shares with us her struggle getting diagnosed with her disability after the car accident that triggered it. She explains some of the challenges she faces and some of the  things she found that work for her to live a better life in less pain. We chat about the corona pandemic and its effects on both the auto immune compromised and the non compromised. Absolutely great podcast with a great guest!
