The purpose of you owning a business is to make money. That's really the bottom line, if not then you should have a non-profit. The purpose of a business is to make money. Yes, it is also to help people or provide them with something etc. but the underlying thing is for you to make money. In order for your business to grow, in order for your business to make money, in order for you to make money so you can help more people, you have to know what you want to achieve in the next year.
