Women entrepreneurship is growing out of control. Many economies across the world are seeing more women entrepreneurs than ever. Just in the U.S., there has been a 58% growth since 2007 in the number of women on businesses but the total number of new businesses has only grown 12%. In the UK it has grown 45% between 2013 and 2016. In the U.S., 12 million firms are owned by women, generating $1.7 trillion in sales and employing 9 million people
