Niamh joined Board Intelligence, a company whose mission is to supercharge boards with the science of board effectiveness, in 2016 to co-lead the consulting team, and since then, has held numerous commercial roles across the business, including building the Financial Services Practice (where she is now Global FS Lead) and launching the US business (as Head of Americas). Niamh began her career in investment banking, spending several years at Morgan Stanley advising FTSE Boards and management teams on their UK capital market interactions. Niamh speaks and writes regularly on topics related to financial regulation and has co-authored a fortnightly column in the Financial Times.
