Our first podcast for 2022 features Vicki Reynolds and Elaine Lewis: two immensely talented and successful women in business, leading the field internationally in BIM and Digital Construction.

In this episode, entitled Digital Leadership, Vicki and Elaine discuss leadership, building confidence, empowerment, imposter syndrome, and why it’s important to recognise your accomplishments and the accomplishments of others.

Elaine explains both the joys and the challenges of running a business, and how she has worked hard to build a diverse team that supports each other’s strengths, whilst practicing what they preach.

Rebecca De Cicco is joined by WIB Regional Leads for Auckland and Christchurch, Melanie Tristram and Keri Niven. Listen as these digital construction experts talk about BIM in New Zealand and the current impact of emerging technologies within the region. Drawing upon their own experiences on recent projects and new governmental initiatives shaping the future of the country’s construction and infrastructure programs.
