Mary Ricciardi – Founder of Warrior Strong Wellness

For over 16 years, Mary Ricciardi has dedicated her life to empowering others as a board-certified holistic health and life coach. Her journey took a profound turn in 2013 when her 15-year-old son was diagnosed with childhood cancer. After his passing, Mary faced overwhelming grief and physical health challenges, including adrenal fatigue, brain fog, and severe gut issues.

With the encouragement of her husband and a deep desire to honor her son’s legacy, Mary turned her pain into purpose. Drawing on her expertise in health and wellness, she began researching natural, clean ingredients that could support healing and well-being. In 2017, she founded Warrior Strong Wellness with a mission rooted in integrity: to create high-quality nutritional products while funding childhood cancer research.

Today, Mary continues to inspire others through her work, blending compassion, resilience, and a commitment to holistic healing. Her story is one of turning heartbreak into hope—and empowering others to live stronger, healthier lives.
