Kori Reed, is an award-winning author, with more than twenty-five years of experience working in Fortune 500 companies including Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Quaker Oats, PepsiCo and Conagra Brands. She earned progressive responsibility over the years, growing from manager to Vice President.
Her experience includes strategic corporate communication, media relations, integrated corporate social responsibility and community engagement -- grantmaking, social impact, volunteerism, cause marketing -- employee experience and employment brand, culture- building, training and development and more. Reed also is certified in DISC Communication Styles, Change Management and with the Society of Human Resource. She also is an experienced nonprofit board member.
With an undergrad degree in journalism and a master’s degree in communication, Kori has written an anthology-style book about her life as a working mom of four children – two females and two males – with her husband who was a full-time at home dad.
In 2023 she released her award-winning nonfiction book – a five year project -- about gender equity, called Men-In-The-Middle: Conversations to Gain Momentum with Gender Equity’s Silent Majority.
She recently returned to her roots in corporate communication, leading communication at a $2 Billion company going through transformation.
