Have you ever heard of the bamboo metaphor?
Bamboo doesnāt seem to be doing much for the first two years, but by the third year, large stems begin to breakthrough the surface.
Have you ever heard of the bamboo metaphor? Bamboo doesnāt seem to be doing much for the first two years, but by the third year, large stems begin to breakthrough the surface.
When the stems finally surface, every node and every leaf are already in place.
It was growing all this time. The whole time, unseen, under the earth.
Itās actually the fastest growing woody plant on this planet, with some species growing up to 1 meter per day.
Up, up, up! You can practically watch it grow.
Bamboo is naturally strong and graceful. It symbolizes vitality, flexibility, and tenacity.
Bamboo is used for shelter, to fashion tools, and can hold hillsides in place against raging waters.
Each stem grows independently, but supports the stems around it.
Bamboo propagates quickly, bringing beauty to our world in the form of landscapes, sounds, and feelings.
It gives joy and peace to everyone everywhere who sees it, hears it, and feels it.
It can be all things. All things. ALL THINGS!
It is the paper, itās the brush, and itās the inspiration of paintings.
Bamboo is on the planet waiting to serve, receive, connect and shine.
ā¦As it is, each of you ā¤
You have been that gift to me.
You are both the GIFT and the GIVER.
You are strong and resilient.
Your message matters.
Your silent growth matters.
Through your message you are spreading joy, laugher and connection.
Be encouraged! When you use your voice, you are encouraging others to lift their voice. You have helped others to reveal their own strength, beauty, and UNLIMITED possibilities.
By bravely showing up, you have unlocked your strength, beauty and unlimited possible.
Happy Love Day

The first month of 2023 is already done! How's your year going so far? Right now is a great time to take a moment and check in with yourself to do a debrief. So I'm popping in to encourage you to keep going. Keep lifting your voice. If you've had a great idea and you haven't taken the first step. Or maybe you started something and haven't taken the FINAL STEP. If you've been holding back, Take a deep breath and consider this:
You don't need anyone's permission to take the leap.
If you're standing in your own way, move aside. This is your time to shine.
Your goals are important and achievable. Break them down into smaller, manageable tasks and create a roadmap to reach those goals.
Take action. Implement what you know.
Stay focused and enjoy your flow state. Avoid distractions and stay motivated by being intentional.
Keep your life and space organized to reduce stress. Go back to the basics when needed. Small steps are okay.
Keep pushing forward, even when things get tough. You are capable of achieving great things.
Make time for self-care. Your physical and mental health matter.
Surround yourself with positive people who support and encourage you.
Failure is a part of the journey to success. Don't let it defeat you. Instead, use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Don't give up. Even when faced with challenges and obstacles keep going.
Enjoy the journey. Celebrate every small win and take time to appreciate the progress you've made.
Believe in yourself. You are a brilliant genius and the world needs your gifts and talents. #
