In this Women In Technology interview, I sit down with Marchelle Klippenstein where we discuss her journey to becoming Vice President of Customer Improvement at SAP Concur. Marchelle shares some amazing advice and career tips along the way!
Marchelle Klippenstein is a 10 year SAP Concur veteran, moving from the Retail space as a Concur customer prior. She’s a valuable experience-focused leader, supporting the next generation of selling motions in technology. Having a very nontraditional career path, she pushed through barriers, focused on what is important to her, and landed in her current role; a role she believes is the perfect fit. Outside of the career, there are more important elements in her life, her family. She’s a mother and a wife. A sister and a friend. She’s here to tell her story of how to persevere, jump hurdles, show the world that women are powerful. She resides with her family outside of the Seattle area, is a small business owner of a mobile food company and Seattle sports bar, is a basketball mom, and a soon to be an empty nester. Who knows what the next steps in her journey are…she’ll figure it out.
