Amber Anderson is the co-founder of Tote + Pears, a creative studio that partners with brands and employers to understand and connect with their target audience.  With their specialty focusing on women, Amber and her team create personas that are like real life; women that wear many hats, play many roles and have unique and varied needs.  It's a study of science with a little art thrown in.  They are educating their clients on how to have a real connection with their audience in a very human way, by recognizing each one have valid perspectives, unique experiences and the potential to contribute value in their own one of a kind way.   The secret to their success? Meeting everyone where they are at, identifying the multi layers of the human experience and treating everyone with kindness and the respect to been seen as people truly are.

Amanda is a force to be reckoned with.  She grew up in the small agricultural town of Paso Robles, California where everyone knows everyone.   In this small area of Central California, unity is the key to the success of everyone.  Amanda's family and the co-owners of Ancient Peaks were an active part of the region's success as wine country through continued perseverance until they got it right.   But she didn't stop there.  Amanda comes from a community that believes in helping others succeed.  She created a foundation called "Dream Big Darling" that assists women from all walks of life to chase their dreams. Her motivation behind her efforts is to create a space to allow everyone to succeed and live the life each individual designs for themselves.

Toni Autry is the creator and director of the Unlearn Documentary.  With the rise in protests and anger regarding racism, Toni was compelled to act differently.  She shared her first experience with racism as a young girl on social media.  This started a conversation that she never saw coming.  A film maker approached her to create a documentary, one that is unlike any other.  Toni interviews 30 individuals to tell their story of their first experience of racism, many of which had never spoken of it.  The goal of this film is to educate and dispel the misconceptions of racism that are perpetuated by media and ignorance.  Toni and her team are acting on the knowledge that you cannot end hate and anger with more of the same.  Only through compassion, empathy, education and human connection can true progress and change be achieved.

Sierra Zeiter has always wanted to be a winemaker.  She appreciated the science of winemaking, but more importantly, she enjoyed the experience of enjoying wine with friends and family.  For her, it means that time slows down and is savored. 
Today we talk about the process of winemaking and that it's less glamorous than it seems.  During the harvest season, you can find Sierra cleaning out barrels, hauling 50 lb bags  of cleaning solution and pulling hoses.  It's hard work, long hours and very physically demanding.  She wouldn't have it any other way.

Stephanie lived a life that most would be envious of; she lived in Paris, had a great job and a beautiful apartment. What she didn't have is fulfillment and knew that something was missing.  On a fateful vacation to the United States, she found her passion.  Stephanie took a leap of faith, packed two bags and left for New York with a one way ticket.  She was determined to create her path to happiness, regardless of the unknowing or the fear that plagued her thoughts.  Stephanie has trained herself to listen to that little voice inside her soul and move forward through life without limitations.  She speaks with us today about the importance of getting quiet enough to hear that voice, allowing  your light to shine and to never shrink yourself to fit into something that is too small for you.

Dorothy Kolb has a long list of accomplishments in her 20 year + career in both consulting and broadcast media, but all of those accolades did not prevent her from facing a crisis.  After a long marriage, she found herself a single mom of four boys, unemployed and nothing bills and a household to feed.  She did whatever it took to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, but the work was not glamorous.  In order to continue to be present for her boys, she took contract work as a bookkeeper, something she had not done since early in her career.  As clients found out about her other skills, they expanded their need for her services.  Through this, her business was born.  DK East Associates is a firm that specializes in supporting  female owned small business as a Fractional CFO, so Dorothy's clients can free up her clients to do what they do best.  Her business, born out of necessity to survive, is now in the business of helping other women thrive with their businesses.

Dr. Chelsea Tanner is multitalented musician and teacher.  She has been a professor at SUNY Potsdam and Penn State as well as performed with the San Antonio Symphony, Columbus Symphony, Boise Philharmonic and Binghamton Philharmonic, just to name a few.  While instructing her students, she noticed a trend- her students with a positive mindset, regardless of circumstance or outcome, actually performed better.  Convinced that these are skills that can be taught, Chelsea became a certified life coach to incorporate these skills in her instruction.  She has created two online courses dedicated to a holistic growth and development for young musicians.  Through these courses, Flute Boot Camp and Mindset Academy she has taught musicians around the world the power of controlling your mindset .
