Adrianne and Bianca identify and recognize some of their own triggers and toxic traits, and Anna gives advice on how to conquer them. 

Can you distinguish between toxic and romantic relationships? On this episode, Adrianne and Bianca go through their music libraries to find songs that can illustrate the differences between the two.
