This is a super special episode! Special guest, Anna Richards, is a LMFT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy, who is super passionate about inspiring confidence and individuality in people. She specializes in helping couples build relationships. In this episode, she discusses the causes of triggers and falling into toxic relationships. Adrianne and Bianca identify and recognize some of their own triggers and toxic traits, and Anna gives advice on how to conquer them.
Can you distinguish between toxic and romantic relationships? On this episode, Adrianne and Bianca go through their music libraries to find songs that can illustrate the differences between the two. They interpret 2 romantic and 2 toxic love songs, and even relate some lyrics to their personal experiences.
Although all these songs have lovely and catchy tunes, Adrianne and Bianca explain the importance of recognizing that NOT ALL love stories are healthy and they highlight some of the underlying red flags to look out for
Bianca moved again (surprise!). With so much hopping around lately, she and Adrianne tell us the pros and cons of all the neighborhoods they've lived in. Plus, not being able to go outside and explore the places and venues that they love, as they used to due to the global pandemic, makes this episode so nostalgic... In honor of life before 2020, Adrianne and Bianca give out a list of places they've discovered along their years living in the Big Apple and recommend. Grab a pencil or notes app and jot these places down, you won't regret it! Lastly, they get personal with a round of "firsts," telling us their first-time experience in New York.
