Melanie talks about the non-profit organization Native Action Network of which she is a board member and the impact the recent Bootcamp had on Leadership Development to continue the process of Native women finding their seat at the table.

Each participant in the Bootcamp received the Clarity Report which is DISC and Driving Forces.  The participants were each given a debrief and coaching session based on their assessment so they could come to the Bootcamp understanding their communication style, Behavior style, and Driving forces.

She really dives into the strength of the Clarity Report, especially the robust content such as "Ways To Communicate" and "Ways Not To Communicate" and "Value to the Organization".

One of the more significant questions for Melanie is regarding getting women back into Leadership roles, following the Great Resignation.
