How often do you think about your pelvic floor - in fact, do you know what constructs your pelvic floor and why it matters? Dr. Sara Reardon is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor support, and while she supports all humans, her specialty is in women's health as she is widely known as "the vagina whisperer".
All of the muscles from your belly button to your perineum (or taint) is a basket of muscles called the pelvic floor that, especially for women, become a paradigm focus as we age - did you know that it matters how you pee? How you poop? Do you pay attention when there is pain during sex or more, are you experiencing prolapse?
Dr. Sara wants you to know that pain or discomfort anywhere in your pelvic floor is both not normal, AND easily fixable. The key is to learn and practice the ongoing ways to proactively take care of your pelvic floor so that leakage, prolapse, pain, or more does not occur as we age - it doesn't have to be scary, it just requires some focused attention - and you deserve to NOT be in pain. You deserve to live a life of comfort and ease, especially when it comes to regular body functions.

Superintendent Tiffany Gilmore is creating the world she wishes to live in. She disrupted her mainstream educational experience by creating her own school. Garvey Allen Academy is a school that prepares young people for real life, on a very transparent level in which the students have a voice too. They're allowed to ask why, and the approach transcends the copy/paste of the mainstream education system.
Being part of the mainstream education system as a teacher and as an administrator, Tiffany Gilmore knew it wasn't it for her. Forcing children into one way of doing things never felt good, and being the enforcer for the "how" was a one last straw moment for her.
Tiffany and Amy explore soul callings, sharing how Tiffany was able to chart her own path and open up a school in STEAM for young kids - to get their buy in on their own education and sharing the 'why' behind our societal expectations. This approach allows for individual attunement rather than a broad brush to allow for the unique brilliance to shine through.
Follow Tiffany on Instagram, as well as Garvey Allen Academy, and support the school by visiting https://www.garveyallenacademy.com/.

Sherolde Hackett is a multifaceted healer bringing together all women, and particularly BIPOC women together in R.O.O.T.E.D. to Rise, a structured method to address both lived experience as well as the experience from ancestors into the current day reality.
This conversation delves deep that before the "how" to tap into the collective consciousness and to assist in healing it, one must understand their own self and that everything externally is a vision of one's self.
We all came here to this exact space and time to feel and to heal the collective consciousness - and it's not easy because much of what we are being called to witness may not make sense, or worse cause personal pain as the collective moves through.
The "how" during any turbulence is to turn inward first - how do you feel, before even stepping one cell outside of your personal energy - to assess what you may have capacity for within the collective. Nothing is happening by coincidence, and if you can understand or accept that by any degree - or simply just curious about it, that's the part of you asking to be excavated.

Putting on clothes is sometimes a chore, it can be frustrating to go to your closet each day (if you have one) only to find your favorite shirt or pant, or whatever is either in the wash or worse, you don't even have a piece that is your favorite that fits you just right making your 'case of the Mondays' that much worse.

Can't find a pair of pants or shirts that fit you just right? Check out Dapper Boi and follow along on Instagram. Connect with Charisse on LinkedIn and follow her entrepreneurial journey with her wife @Meet the Pasche's.

Royce Morales is a writer, teacher, speaker, and a leader guiding humanity into divinity. In this episode, Royce and Amy vibe on their philosophies, understanding, and guidance along their own path but also in service to others as humanity upgrades.
Launching on the day that Neptune enters Aries for the first time in 151 years is no coincidence - the day in which a switch has been flipped within all of us at a cellular level. It's the remembrance that we are spirit souls having a human experience. It's understanding what we signed up to do in this space and time, while feeling the entire range of emotions as a human being.
When you remember and realize that you have the blueprint for this space and time, you are able to use free will to navigate the lessons or the experiences that align or don't align with that blueprint. It gets to be that easy or simple, once you embrace it and surrender to the flow.

Erin Correa is a sex positive champion for those in various life stages starting with knowing your "parts" as a child heading into puberty all the way up to current day adults knowing we may not have learned until late in life about our likes and dislikes inside and outside the bedroom.
Erin, a lifelong registered nurse and 2-time cancer survivor now paired back with her sex positive energy, coaches cancer survivors to feel good again after the surgeries, the scans, and the treatments - to feel as empowered as they ever did in both life and in the bedroom.
Further, she is creating an expansive, age appropriate curricula for all humans to understand at different life stages, what their bodies are doing - bringing it back to the physiology, and then yes, when appropriate, layering in sexuality because, as we talk about "when there's a will, there's a way".

Have you heard of a death doula? You've probably certainly heard of a birth doula, and it's a similar concept and training. The same way that a birth doula helps assist a person's energy and the energy of the room to ensure a safe and incredible birthing journey, the same is achieved by a death doula for a soul departing from this world.
Nikki Smith had a more typical career in corporate technology but had always been volunteering in various ways to support those approaching end of life. This incredible work includes not only the moment of transition, but also an overarching education especially in the western world to embrace the conversation and understanding of death. Often there is stigma at the least, and fear at the worst.
Nikki is opening the conversation and is also preparing countless souls and caregivers toward the beautiful transition of what lies beyond this plane.

Rachael Lorenzo is a fierce advocate for reproductive rights, for native and indigenous protections and rights, leading with self care - of themselves, their team, and their community. Rachael is an indigenous Mescalero, Apache Laguna Pueblo Xicana living in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Rachael fundamentally believes that if more people, especially white men, took care of themselves including tapping back into who they truly are and where they come from, that there would be less violence in the world overall.
Leading an indigenous led reproductive justice organization called Indigenous Women Rising and is also the Assistant Commissioner of Cultural Resources at the New Mexico State Land Office.

Synchronicities abundant in this episode! Willow Blythe-Carroll, a tribally-enrolled citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Tribe brings beautiful, heart-led soulful energy into this episode.
Amy and Willow discussed the importance of personal growth, authenticity, and finding one's truth, with a focus on the challenges faced by women in a world that often discourages individuality. They also explored the concept of identity, belonging, and the power of self-reflection and ceremony in reconnecting with one's roots and culture.
Through sacred space held by her ancestors and elders, Willow realized her calling as a storyteller - a true ancestral calling. Stepping back into the world that your DNA originated from allows you to tap into a deep connection so profound, that you may feel unrecognizable to your former self - and it's worth it to be able to walk into the self you were always meant to live.

Tamra Simmons was gathering eggs and water from the well in a small community at the age of 6 and is now an internationally acclaimed executive producer, winner of the Peabody, and a lifetime achievement award.
She is a storyteller that listens with her heart, and builds not only connections, but a rapport of protection and guidance for those that she creates those bonds with. It's not just about the story, it's about listening and caring for those that have a story to tell. That's Tamra.
Tamra set out to create a "simple" 2 hour documentary that would become a 3 part series, a federal case, a multi-charge indictment called 'Surviving R. Kelly'. The amount of women coming forward to share their experience kept coming as more women gathered in Tamra's community leading to the 3 part - and now we know, a case study to build the federal case.
Tamra and Amy talk about following their soul and their spirit which leads to everlasting glimmers through the pain of "humaning" - that is, we call in what our soul desires. Tamra shares how she loves reading case studies for the Harvard Business Review, only for her documentary to become one. Huzzah! That's the magic - and - as you will hear, it came with a lot of physical, emotional, and mental hurdles.
What's next for Tamra? Who knows! But it will be soul-led, and it will be magical and divine.
