Meet Lisa Boate, a lifelong, formal educator turned Menopause Coach and Community Leader. Lisa is taking it back to basics, to ensure that every walk of life feels comfortable welcoming in this important renewal in a woman's life. In this space and time where we are on a fast paced autopilot, menopause can be viewed as a burden, but it's actually an invitation to turn back inward and listen to our bodies.
Lisa stepped away from the copy/paste, patriarchal world of education to gear all of her energy toward the "Liberated Menopause" - to assist organizations learn how to communicate their "thing" - especially for those beginning to experience perimenopause and menopause in the workplace.
Without this type of support, we lose women at a rapid pace, and with that, an unlimited treasure of wisdom not only in the workplace, but in the world.
Follow Lisa on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Thrive! "Welcome to the revolution"! Lisa says, "we're glad to have you".

Cierra Gross, CEO of Caged Bird HR and Worklution has created a revolutionizing 1:1 experience now turned national (eventually global) app to not only reinstate personal power, but also to reinvent the way work...works.
Wrk Receipts is the new app that allows you to record your work experience (adversity, accomplishments, and time off) with one goal in mind - to help people, especially those that have experienced traumatic work environments.
Being a survivor herself, Cierra is taking the most daunting (and triggering) task (documentation) of discrimination and work trauma off of the individual's shoulders with Wrk Receipts and the world's first AI employee advocate, Jayla.
Jayla collates all of your documentation for you, and cross references it by state and federal laws to directly advise you on violations - and, also, can draft correspondence on your behalf.
What holds this all together? Trust. Ethical use of data and AI. Cierra and Worklution is showing how to use AI in a responsible manner, that there should be rules and policy around how to use this - especially now that we've seen the discrimination and unethical use of AI so far.
Follow Cierra on LinkedIn, as well as Caged Bird HR and Worklution - Download wrkreceipts on Apple and Android. Follow along on all social platforms as Caged Bird HR and Worklution change the entire way we work. Stay tuned.

Did you know everything on the inside is connected? I ask somewhat facetiously because, of course we do, but somehow through adulthood and autopilot, we forget.

More women have non traditional jobs these days, and still don't have adequate clothing to wear - the men's styles are simply copied and pasted into women's "styles", which can lead to harm in the workplace as they don't fit correctly.
Brenda (Maxx) Cumby McGee has come up with the solution. As a construction worker and fashion model, she has paired her unique expertise and skills to create one of the very few styles of work pants designed specifically for women. Just a few features include deeper pockets, D-rings on the band, reinforced inner thighs, and kneepads.
Maxx and her best friend created Gott Street Blues with one goal in mind - to design working clothes for working women. She's starting with the pant, and then from there, the sky isn't even the limit. Not in construction? No worries, these are also perfect for landscaping, gardening, etc.
Find GSB pants at https://gottstreetblues.com, connect with Maxx on LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Whether we like it or not, Gen Z is here to fuck some shit up...and we need it. These are some of the most brave, unique, unapologetic, and exquisite human beings. Their role in this space and time is clear - to radically object to what isn't working for the newer generations. We've been stagnant in our systems, our thinking - and it once served us. Now is the time to turn to the younger generations to meld what was and what is becoming.
Romanshika Singh grew up in Nepal and a career in marketing, media, onscreen personality wasn't a thing - she made it one. She loves to create, to be on camera, to create a desire marketing for what people actually need - but she also goes beyond that...she's understanding the data and analytics behind AI and the algorithms being well aware of the problem that we're facing today which involves important information being suppressed for those who need to see it. She's blazing the trail for women in media, Nepalese women in onscreen personality, and humanizing the algorithms so that we manage both sides - responsible reporting, but also, honoring what each individual finds to be important in their lives.
Find Romanshika on LinkedIn and Instagram, she loves to connect and to have conversations about the goings on of the world as a powerful Gen Z.
